Meet our team, experts in professional media training.

Professional media training is essential for developing the skills and confidence needed to effectively communicate in a public setting. Whether speaking to journalists, appearing in interviews, or engaging on social media, trained professionals are better prepared to stay on message, avoid missteps, and manage crisis situations.

Our team have over 70 years of combined experience in radio, television and public presentations and are experts in mastering the art of media training.

Tim Gilbert completed a Communications Degree before kick-starting his media career in Goulburn, in country NSW, at Radio Station 2GN.

He went on to become a Sports Presenter and reporter with Radio 2UE in Sydney, anchoring a host of shows and covering live sporting events around Australia and overseas,  including the 1996 Cricket World Cup on the Subcontinent.

Tim then joined Channel 9 as an integral part of the iconic Wide World of Sports team. Over the next 23 years, he worked on highly successful productions, including The Cricket Show and The Footy Show, cementing his place as a household name, commentator, presenter, and reporter.

In 2009, Tim was appointed as the weekend Sports Presenter on the long-running Weekend TODAY Morning Show, before moving to the Weekday TODAY Show 5 years later, as the Sports Presenter.  In total, Tim spent over a decade with the TODAY show family.

Andrew Martin is an award winning Radio and Television Presenter, with over 35 years experience in the media.

Andrew Martin launched his career after graduating with a Radio Diploma from the prestigious Australian Film Television and Radio School in 1991.

After his first job as a breakfast sports presenter at WAVE FM in Wollongong, Andrew returned to Sydney, joining the 2GB newsroom as a newsreader and on-the-road reporter.
